The Bespoke Process

How does the bespoke process work?

Your journey starts with a complimentary virtual consultation where you share ideas, inspirations, and preferences. From there, our designer creates a 3D CAD design for your review, with unlimited revisions until you're happy. Once you approve the final design and pay a 50% deposit, your piece is handcrafted and delivered to you.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes - your first consultation is completely complimentary, with no obligation. If you decide not to proceed after the consultation phase, there is no charge.

Do I need a clear idea before reaching out?

Not at all. Whether you have a detailed vision or just a loose collection of inspirations, we're here to help guide and shape your ideas from the very beginning.

How many design revisions am I allowed?

There's no limit. You're an integral part of the design team, and we'll refine the CAD design until it perfectly reflects your vision.

How long does the whole process take?

After your consultation, you'll receive your 3D CAD design and quote within 3 working days. Once you approve the design and pay your deposit, handcrafting takes approximately 4 weeks, after which your piece is shipped directly to you.

Can I buy a ready-made piece, or is everything made to order?
Everything at Myni is made to order - there are no off-the-shelf pieces. This ensures that what you receive is truly unique and crafted specifically for you.

Aftercare, Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange my piece?
Because all pieces are bespoke and made to your individual specification, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. However, if your piece is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected.

What if my ring doesn't fit?
We offer one complimentary resize within the first year of purchase to ensure your ring fits perfectly.

What warranty do you offer?
All pieces come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship from the date of delivery.
What happens after the warranty period? We may be able to assist with repairs after the warranty period at an additional cost - just get in touch.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Is my piece insured during delivery?

Yes. Every piece is delivered fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Can I receive parcels discreetly, without any branding?

Yes. We understand the importance of privacy, so your piece can be shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a bespoke piece cost?
Every piece is unique, so pricing is discussed during your consultation and confirmed in your written quote. Our model is built on honest, transparent pricing - you pay for materials and craft, not retail markup.

How does payment work?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before your piece is dispatched. Prices are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced, as your piece is custom-made to your specification. You may cancel without charge at any point before design approval and deposit payment.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Shipping is complimentary and fully insured. The price you agree to is the price you pay.

What metals do you work with?
We work primarily in gold and silver, and we prioritise recycled precious metals to reduce environmental impact.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. For all natural diamonds, we ensure they are conflict-free. We also offer lab-grown diamonds as a 100% traceable, sustainable alternative with identical physical properties.

What is a lab-grown diamond, and is it a "real" diamond?
Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds - they are real diamonds. They are created in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth, making them a more sustainable and often more affordable choice.

Are the stones independently certified?
Yes. Every stone is independently certified for full transparency so you know exactly what you're getting.
