1/ GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Your journey begins the moment you reach out to us. Whether you have a specific vision or just a collection of inspirations, we invite you to share images or ideas that resonate with you.

The Consultation: We will arrange a complimentary virtual appointment via your preferred format - be it a voice or video call - whatever works best for you. To begin, simply get in touch using the form below.

Defining the Details: During this call, we’ll chat through your ideas, design direction, stone sourcing, metal preferences (colour and carat), budget, and timelines.

Stone Sourcing: Looking for something specific - a certain stone, colour, or cut? We’re happy to source it just for you.
2/ DESIGN & COLLABORATION
Visualising your Story
Once we understand your requirements, our designer-and-builder team gets to work. We translate your ideas into a 3D CAD design.

Rapid Design Turnaround: After your consultation, we’ll email you a summary of everything we discussed within just 3 working days - including the detailed design, pricing, estimated lead time, and any other key details.

Unlimited Refinement: You are an integral part of the design team. We allow for design tweaks until the piece perfectly reflects your story.

The Sign-Off: If for any reason you aren't happy during the consultation phase, we can end the process there. If you love the design, we move to the creation phase. Once your design is finalised and approved, you’ll receive a final quote and a provisional delivery date.
3/ CRAFTED & DELIVERED WITH CARE
Heritage meets Hand-Craft
With the design finalised, we transition from digital precision to generational craft.

Securing the Vision: To begin the hand-crafting process and secure your chosen stones, a 50% deposit is required of the total cost. This deposit confirms your order and is non-refundable.

The Maker's Touch: Your piece is hand-crafted with care by our trusted craftsmen in India, using the finest Gold or Silver.

Final Delivery: Before shipment, the remaining 50% balance is settled. Your bespoke creation is then carefully packaged and sent directly to you, ready to celebrate your story.
